(MAPPER Business Information System), a UNISYS product that he created in 1967. Mathew was raised with the understan-ding that less is more. MAPPER/BIS has accomplished largescale system development in record time. The MAPPER syste
isused to run the Internal Revenue Service and the Federal Reserve.

Mr. Louis Schlueter worked at Sperry Univac/Unisys for 45 years where he created the world’s first database management
and reporting system in 4GL, whose innovative report processing capabilities have been translated into more than fifteen languages.While adapting his brilliant and foundational technology to their own projects, others have developed sophist-icated and complex systems including those serving the Internal Revenue Service and the Federal Reserve System.

Jeffery T. Black CSO Consultant and Advisor
Mr. Black has been a chief executive officer and chief strategy officer associated with the IT industry for 30 years. He also is a programmer and inventor holding six patents. He studied business and computer science and artificial intelligence programming. In 1984 he went on to work at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he was one of its leaders for 14 years. During that
time, he was a member of the team that developed AltaVista, where he then served as general manager. During his time at
Digital, he filed several patents, at least three in 1995: a "multi context compression system with shared data structures", a
"context control block for computer communications", and a "method and apparatus for providing a variable reset interval in a transmission system for encoded data", all assigned to Telco Systems. At Digital he also received a "top secret" clearance to do classified work for several agencies of the United States government.

scratch and teach a non programmer to do the same. Many national companies have contracted with him to obtain his
services, and his duties have included designing, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and efficiency updates to
existing corporate programs. Additionally, he has extensive experience in database reformats, migration and user training.
